We draw inspiration from Amerigo Vespucci, the Florentine explorer who recognized that the lands across the Atlantic were not Asia, but a Novus Mundus — a New World. In his letter to Lorenzo de’ Medici, he described it as an “Earthly Paradise,” rich with possibility.

Centuries later, millions of Italian immigrants crossed that same ocean, bringing with them the traditions of their homeland. In America, those traditions evolved — shaped by new ingredients, new opportunities, and a new identity.
